We have a newly refurbished four bedroom house in a nice community
with full kitchen, dining room, spacious living room located on
the Susquahanna River minutes to Binghamton University, and a short
drive to Elmira and Cortland. Bring your boat or canoe and use the
dock to cruise or fish, fully furnished, televsions up and down
stairs, There are beds for eight plus lots of rooms for cots or
air mattresses Porch with relaxing river & mountain views. We
have a Webber Charcol Grill for you to use a nice large yard on
a quite street. Minutes to I 81. This is a great place for the family
with kids to get away at a reasonable price.
3 hour and ten minute ride from Western Long Island, No Pets or
Smokers
$1250.00 week, 8 PM check in Sunday to Friday Noon, $625.00 Weekend
Friday 2 pm to Sunday 6 PM.
Area Description
If your looking for a relaxing place to base a stay in the Binghampton
area to visit the university or city, festivals like to be on the
water and want to be near shopping, State Game Lands, The Conklin
Players golf courses is just about walking distance from the home,
sking at Elk Mountain, wineries, horse back riding nearby. For the
women a short ride to the Oakdale Mall or Vestals Shopping centers
with all the best stores. For the men hit the river catch a bass
or walleye, Tiger Muskie, or just relax in the yard. We are one
mile from the NY Pennsylvania border with lots of state lands near
by to wander around.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
A boat ramp is located directly across the river from the house
if you would like to bring your own boat or jet ski and use the
dock. Canoes are available to rent on the block from The Zopps.
We have a second house available two lots down for the same rates

Vacation Rental Policies
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal,
Personal Check, Visa .Check In: 12 p.m. .Check Out: 12 p.m. .Required
Stay: two night minimum .Lodging Tax: 8% .Deposits: 50% of stay
required to book the home of . Cancellations with prior notice of
two weeks of stay are fully refundable. Cancelations made within
two weeks will not be returned you will receive a credit to a new
booking good for two years. Balance due at time of check if paying
by credit card or two weeks prior to check in any other payment
method. .Other Fees: A security deposit of $500.00 on your credit
card or cash due at time of check in will be required. $125.00 cleaning
fee will apply if place is not cleaned up upon checkout. No Smoking,
No Pets.
